Hello! I'm Acelaena, also known as Gildedserpent Designs on some platforms. I'm a semi-professional digital artist and designer, currently in university for Computer Science and Design. I specialize in character design and illustration, and I also dabble in a bit of web design, game design, and writing.

While I do love anime and draw a lot of it, my art style mainly comes from my roots in acrylic and oil painting, and as such I rarely use lines in my artwork and I prefer softer shading styles with visible brushstrokes.

Currently I teach art as well, both independently and at Young Art Lessons. Aside from art, I'm quite an avid gamer in my spare time, and I also enjoy reading and finding new cafes and bookstores to enjoy!
